 In 2020 election, Hon JOE KWAAKYE QUAAYSON was elected as no for Assin North,due to dual citizenship, the member of palaiment was taken to court, according to the prosecutor the MP was holding Canadian citizenship,  so now the court has council the Assin North election so it will be re_elect again
