The former Municipal Cheif Executive of Akuapem South in the Eastern region,Hon Denis Aboagye has advised the NDC should use any legal Means to ensure Assin North parliamentary petition has brought logical conclusion, According to the Npp communicator,he stated that NDC still had various legal avenues it can employ to seek redress

Mr Aboagye was talking with Berla Mundi on tv3 this morning mornitored by Mr Wise he stated,NDC always attacked the  institution when the ruling don't go to their favor,they do the same Electoral commission, they do the to IGP,they do the same to supreme Court and now the high court, instead of attacking the court unnecessarily,I advice the party to use legal means to seek for redress

He pointed out that the man still remains an Mp when stay of prosecution has successfully filled
